3. Services & Use
We provide an online platform for browsing, ordering and purchasing groceries and daily essentials. All orders placed are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to limit, refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

5. Product Information & Availability
We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product information (price, images, specifications). However, we do not guarantee complete accuracy. Availability may vary by location; items may be out of stock, substituted, or unavailable.
6. Pricing & Payment
Prices shown on the Site are in INR and do not always include delivery charges and taxes (unless stated). We accept payment methods listed at checkout. Payment must be cleared before order processing. In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount charged.
7. Delivery & Fulfillment
Delivery windows, fees and service areas are displayed at checkout. We endeavour to deliver within the promised time but delays can occur due to traffic, weather, or operational issues. Title/ownership transfers on delivery per the selected terms at checkout.
8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
- Perishable items: Returns are accepted only for damaged/spoiled items reported within the timeframe shown in our return policy.
- Non-perishable items: Can be returned as per our return policy if unused and in original packaging.

9. Promotions & Coupons
Promotional offers and coupons are subject to specific terms. Offers may be limited to certain products/locations and cannot be combined unless expressly allowed.
